The Tasmanian Association of Pinball Players (TAPP) is a community-driven initiative dedicated to promoting pinball across Tasmania. At TAPP, our passion for pinball goes beyond just playing; we’re committed to fostering a vibrant community where players of all levels can come together, compete, and grow.

Join us for a special screening of Mastering Pinball by Abe Flips at the State Cinema. This in-depth, feature-length documentary dives into advanced pinball skills, strategy, and the world of competitive play — a must-see for anyone who loves flipping.
Cinema tickets are currently sold out, but you’re still very welcome to join us for the pre-movie social at The Winston from 6 pm. If you’d like a chance at a cinema seat, you can jump on the wait list — if enough people join, we may be able to upgrade to a larger room.
Before the movie, we’ll enjoy dinner, drinks, and some casual pinball, with a couple of fun prize challenges like split-flipper champs and Jaws: The Revenge takedowns. It’s set to be a relaxed, fun evening with the TAPP crew before heading off to the big screen 🎬.

We had a great turnout of 24 players for our Max Matchplay night at Replay Bar, with tight standings and some standout moments — including Tom Fonda’s massive 500M+ ball on Black Knight. Congratulations to our top four: Adrian Evans, Emily Keyter, Wes Keys, and Tom Fonda.

Join us, and we’ll ensure you’re well-guided, informed, and comfortable. TAPP is all about bringing people together through the joy of pinball, making every meetup a chance to learn something new and meet fellow enthusiasts.
