Beyond our regular fortnightly meetups, TAPP occasionally hosts state finals and special one-off tournaments throughout the year. Points are accumulated through IFPA-endorsed events — your performance across these determines your eligibility for higher-level competition.
About Our Special Events
Mid-Season & One-Off Events
Throughout the season, TAPP may host special one-off tournaments and mid-season events. These provide additional competitive opportunities and a chance to earn extra ranking points.
State Finals
Players earn points throughout the season via regular events. The top-ranked players are then invited to compete in the State Finals, typically held early the following year.

These events feed into broader competitive pathways. State Finals qualifiers lead to the Australian Championship Series (ACS) — the national competition — and strong IFPA world ranking points can open the door to the IFPA World Pinball Championship.
