The Tasmanian Association of Pinball Players (TAPP) is a community-driven initiative dedicated to promoting pinball across Tasmania. At TAPP, our passion for pinball goes beyond just playing; we’re committed to fostering a vibrant community where players of all levels can come together, compete, and grow.
🗓️ Next event: End Of Year Bash!
2pm Sunday, 21st December 2025
Join us for our final event of the year on Sun 21 Dec as we wrap up 2025 with a fun, competitive day of pinball 🎄. The End-of-Year Bash will feature Match Play qualifying followed by an Amazing Race–style finals, giving everyone plenty of games and a lively finish to the season. We’re also planning to bring back favourites like Barrel Ball for some extra fun between rounds.
As this event is held at a private venue in Lenah Valley, RSVP is essential to secure your spot and receive the address. Whether you’re chasing a final burst of IFPA points or simply want to celebrate a great year with the TAPP community, we’d love to have you there.
Come for the competition, stay for the food, laughs, and good company — the perfect way to close out the year of flipping. 🎅✨

Thursday, 4th December 2025 🗓️
We had a fantastic evening for our special screening of Mastering Pinball! Huge thanks to Abe Flips for making the event possible, and to The State Cinema for hosting us so flexibly. Everyone loved the film and left inspired to put new skills into practice.
Before the movie, we met at The Winston for dinner and fun pinball challenges. Each winner scored a $20 cinema gift card. Highlights included Wes’s marathon run on Jaws: The Revenge, Tom and Lily smashing nearly 200M on split-flipper King Kong, Tom’s 5.1M one-handed on Scared Stiff, Royal’s 200M+ on blind GoldenEye, and a Godzilla GC that went unclaimed.
