A few of us made the trip north to Brisbane last week for BPAC. A huge, week-long event of competitive pinball and arcade action. It's home to some of the biggest tournaments in the country, including the legendary Brisbane Masters, which this year saw a record-breaking 214 players compete!
Massive thanks to the organisers, volunteers, techs, and everyone who helped make it happen!
We were sad ACE couldn't join us this year after a (non-pinball-related) injury, but despite that, the crew did great. The Masters comp ended super close with just a single win on a game making the difference between qualifying for C-Division or A-Division finals (often meaning just a few missed shots or a single bonus collect).
Huge shout-out to Wes, who smashed it in the Fair Strikes tournament and finished 11th out of 142!
We had a blast, and we can’t wait to return next year with hopefully even more of the TAPP crew coming along!
